Eligibility Criteria to apply for Repco Bank Specialist Officer Recruitment 2024

Age Limit (as on 31.03.2024):

• Manager – IT (Hardware & Networking) – Maximum 40 years
• Assistant Manager IT (Software) – Maximum 30 years
• Assistant Manager (Legal) – Maximum 30 years
• Age Relaxation as per Govt. Rules is also applicable
  • SC / ST – 5 Years
  • OBC – 3 Years
  • Ex-Servicemen – 5 Years

Educational Qualification Details :

• Manager – IT (Hardware & Networking):
  • Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT or MCA from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in System/Network Administration. Preferred skills include knowledge of NG Firewalls, VPNs, ethical hacking, networking, and server administration.
  • Preferred Qualification: Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Information Security or Cybersecurity.
• Assistant Manager – IT (Software):
  • Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc. in Computer Science or IT or MCA with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Software Developer in NET/Angular development or mobile app development using Flutter and Dart.
• Assistant Manager – Legal:
  • Qualification: Graduate in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university and must be a member of the Bar Council.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience handling banking-related laws, with preference for candidates with experience in banks or financial institutions.

Salary Details :

• Manager – IT (Hardware & Networking) – Rs. 64,820 – 93,960/-
• Assistant Manager – IT (Software) – Rs. 48,480 – 85,920/-
• Assistant Manager – Legal – Rs. 48,480 – 85,920/-
