Educational Qualification
General Manager – Purchase
- Qualification: First-Class Full-Time Engineering Degree with MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management or B.E./B.Tech in any Engineering stream.
- Experience: 29+ years in industrial organizations with 5+ years in supply chain management in IT-based continuous process plants.
General Manager – Plantation
- Qualification: First-Class 4-year B.Sc. (Agriculture/Forestry/Horticulture) or M.Sc. (Botany).
- Experience: 29+ years in pulpwood plantations, with 10+ years in plantation field work for Pulp and Paper Mills or State Forest Corporations.
AGM – Security Services (Contract Basis)
- Qualification: Graduate, retired from Armed Forces or Commissioned Officers from CRPF/CISF/BSF/RPF, or Assistant Commandant/DSP rank.
- Experience: 23+ years, including 6+ years in industrial security for large-scale industries.
Senior Manager – IT (Full Stack) (Contract Basis)
- Qualification: First-Class Full-Time B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT.
- Skill Set: Full-Stack Development (MEAN/MERN, Python, Java, ASP.Net), mobile app development, APIs, DevOps, and Oracle ERP.
- Experience: 5–8 years in development roles, with certification in relevant technologies preferred.
