OFMK Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on 09.11.2024) :

• 18 to 30 Years
• Age Relaxation as per Govt. Rules.
  • OBC – 3 Years
  • SC/ST – 5 Years
  • PWD – 10 Years
  • Ex-Servicemen and Apprentices: Based on experience and applicable rules.

Educational Qualification (as on 09.11.2024) :

• Junior Managers: First Class Degree in relevant engineering fields with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience depending on the position.
• Diploma Technicians: Diploma in respective fields with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Assistants (HR, Stores, Secretarial): First Class Degree with additional certifications and experience in related fields.
• Junior Assistant: Diploma or Higher Secondary with typing skills.

Salary

• Junior Manager: ₹30,000/month (Basic Pay) + allowances
• Diploma Technician/Assistant: ₹23,000/month
• Junior Assistant: ₹21,000/month
• Additional benefits of Special Allowance, Increments, Provident Fund, Accommodation and Other Allowances also be given.
