Educational Qualification Summary
- Management Trainee (General):
- Qualification: Degree with 1st class MBA (Specialization in HR, Marketing, Industrial Relations, or Supply Chain).
- Management Trainee (Technical):
- Qualification: 1st class PG in Agriculture (Entomology, Biochemistry, Microbiology) or Zoology/Biochemistry with Entomology. Preference for PG Diploma in Warehousing/Cold Chain/Quality Management.
- Accountant:
- Qualification: B.Com/B.A. (Commerce) or CA/CWA or SAS Accountants.
- Experience: 3 years in auditing or maintaining industrial/commercial accounts.
- Superintendent (General):
- Qualification: Postgraduate degree in any stream.
- Junior Technical Assistant:
- Qualification: Graduate in Agriculture or with Zoology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry as a subject.
- Superintendent (General) – SRD (North-Eastern Region):
- Qualification: Postgraduate degree in any stream.
