AOC Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 22.12.2024) :

- Material Assistant (MA)

- Junior Office Assistant (JOA)

- Fireman
- Carpenter & Joiner

Educational Qualification :
- Material Assistant (MA): Graduate or Diploma in Material Management/Engineering.
- Junior Office Assistant (JOA): 12th pass with typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
- Civil Motor Driver (OG): 10th pass, heavy vehicle driving license, and 2 years’ driving experience.
- Tele Operator Grade-II: 12th pass with proficiency in PBX handling; fluency in English is desirable.
- Fireman: 10th pass.
- Carpenter & Joiner: 10th pass with ITI certificate or 3 years’ experience in the trade.
- Painter & Decorator: 10th pass with ITI certificate or 3 years’ experience in the trade.
- MTS: 10th pass; 1 year of experience in the trade is desirable.
- Tradesman Mate: 10th pass; ITI certificate is desirable.
Salary :
The salary structure for the posts are as follows:
- Level 5 (Rs. 29,200/- to Rs. 92,300/-): Material Assistant (MA)
- Level 2 (Rs. 19,900/- to Rs. 63,200/-): Junior Office Assistant (JOA), Civil Motor Driver (OG), Tele Operator Grade-II, Fireman, Carpenter & Joiner, Painter & Decorator
- Level 1 (Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 56,900/-): MTS, Tradesman Mate
AOC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process :
The selection process involves the following:
- Material Assistant (MA), Tele Operator Grade-II, MTS, Tradesman Mate: Written Exam.
- Junior Office Assistant (JOA): Typing Proficiency Test and Written Exam.
- Civil Motor Driver (OG): Driving Test, verbal questioning on vehicle functions, and Written Exam.
- Fireman: Physical Measurements, Physical Endurance Test, and Written Exam.
- Carpenter & Joiner: Practical test (furniture making) with verbal questions on wood and furniture, plus Written Exam.
- Painter & Decorator: Practical test (painting) with verbal questions on color mixing, plus Written Exam.
