- First Class full time Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology/ Pulp & Paper Technology.
Educational Qualification for Semi Skilled (C, D) (Mechanical)
- SSLC with NTC in Fitter Trade with not less than 60% of marks and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC).
Educational Qualification for Semi Skilled (C, D) (Electrician)
- SSLC with NTC in Electrician Trade with not less than 60% of marks and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC).
Educational Qualification for Semi Skilled (B,C, D) (Instrumentation, Instrument Mechanic)

General Instructions to Apply TNPL Semi Skilled Recruitment 2020
- Candidates should have secured 60% of marks in ITI (NTC) Trade without any rounding off.
- Internship Training / Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act 1961 will not be considered as Experience.
- Post Qualification experience will be calculated only after acquiring essential qualification i.e. Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp & Paper Technology / Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering / Instrumentation Technology / Instrumentation and
- Control Engineering / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering / National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC)
