Eligibility Criteria for NSCL Recruitment 2024

Educational Qualification

  • Deputy General Manager (Vigilance)
    MBA (HR) / Two years PG Degree / Diploma in Industrial Relations / Personnel Management / Labour Welfare / MSW / MA (Public Administration) / LLB from a recognized University / Institution with a minimum of 60% marks.
    Experience: 10 years post-qualification experience at Officer Level in a Government / PSU / Organization.
  • Assistant Manager (Vigilance)
    MBA (HR) / Two years PG Degree / Diploma in Industrial Relations / Personnel Management / Labour Welfare / MSW / MA (Public Administration) / LLB from a recognized University / Institution with a minimum of 60% marks.
    Experience: 2 years of experience working at Officer level in a supervisory position (equal to E-0) in the Vigilance Department of a Govt. Office/PSU/Bank/large reputed organization with more than 250 employees.
  • Management Trainee (HR)
    Two years full-time PG Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / HR Management OR Two years full-time MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) from a recognized University / Institution with a minimum of 60% marks.
    Knowledge: Knowledge of computer operations (MS Office) is mandatory.
  • Management Trainee (Quality Control)
    M.Sc. (Agriculture) with specialization in Agronomy / Seed Technology / Plant Breeding & Genetics from a recognized University / Institution with a minimum of 60% marks.
    Knowledge: Knowledge of computer operations (MS Office) is mandatory.
  • Management Trainee (Elect. Engg.)
    BE/B.Tech. (Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering) from a recognized University / Institute with a minimum of 60% marks.
    Knowledge: Knowledge of computer operations (MS Office) is mandatory.
  • Sr. Trainee (Vigilance)

    Knowledge: Knowledge of MS Office is required.

  • Trainee (Marketing)
    B.Sc. (Agriculture) with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.
    Knowledge: Knowledge of computer operations (MS Office) is mandatory.
  • Trainee (Human Resources)
    Graduate with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University with knowledge of MS Office and computer typing at a speed of 30 WPM in English.
    Knowledge: Hindi typing (25 WPM) is desirable, but candidates without Hindi typing will need to pass an exam during training.
  • Trainee (Stenographer)
    Sr. Secondary & equivalent with a three-year Diploma in Office Management with a minimum of 60% marks with Stenography from Govt.-recognized Polytechnic OR Graduate with a minimum of 60% marks, preferably with a Certificate course in Stenography.
    Proficiency: In MS Office, Hindi language, Office Management, and communication skills. Candidates must pass Shorthand Test (80 WPM in English) and Computer Typing Test (30 WPM in English).
  • Trainee (Accounts)
    B.Com with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.
    Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office and Computer Applications is mandatory.
  • Trainee (Agriculture Stores)
    B.Sc. (Agriculture) with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.
    Knowledge: Knowledge of MS Office is mandatory.
  • Trainee (Engineering Stores)
    Three-year Diploma in Agricultural Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks from a Govt.-recognized Polytechnic/Institution OR ITI in Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, & Tractor Mechanic with a minimum of 60% marks and one year of trade apprenticeship.
  • Trainee (Technician)
    ITI certification in Fitter / Electrician / Auto Electrician / Welder / Diesel Mechanic / Tractor Mechanic / Machineman / Blacksmith with a minimum of 60% marks. One year of trade apprenticeship and passed NAC Examination conducted by NCVT.

Age Limit (As on 30th November 2024)

  • Deputy General Manager (Vigilance) : Not exceeding 50 years.
  • Assistant Manager (Vigilance) : Not exceeding 30 years.
  • Management Trainees (HR, Quality Control, Electrical Engineering) : Not exceeding 27 years.
  • Sr. Trainee (Vigilance) : Not exceeding 27 years.
